Mr. Elango, who is a Certified Public Accountant, ACCA (UK), a fellow of IPAS and a member of SIATP, founded Raffles in 1987 through the acquisition of an on-going basis. He has vast experience in accounting and specialises in forensic accounting, corporate process structuring and restructuring as well as in litigation support for companies facing complicated civil claims as a plaintiff or defendant. With his specialised skill in business restructuring, Mr. Elango has helped many companies turn around since Raffles has been in operation. He has also co-developed the Corporate Recovery Services Department creating a strong code of work processes to achieve the desired results.
VEERAPPAN SUBRAMANIAN CPA Mr. Veerappan, who is a Certified Public Accountant, ACCA (UK) and a member of IPAS, joined the company as a partner in 1994 to undertake corporate management work. He then expanded the operations to Corporate Secretarial Services in the same year. He went on to set-up the Audit and Assurance Services in 1999 and then to co-develop the Corporate Recovery Services in 2002. Mr. Veerappan now manages a team of well-qualified professionals in the Consulting and Project Finance departments.
