Mr Elango who is a member of ICPAS, ACCA, IPAS and SIATP, founded Raffles in 1987 through the acquisition of an on-going business. He has vast experience in the field of forensic accounting, corporate process structuring and restructuring as well as in litigation support for companies facing complicated civil claims as a plaintiff or defendant. Mr Elango has helped many companies turn around since Raffles has been in operation.

URAI SUWANARAT

Director

Mrs Urai who is an Accredited Tax Advisor and a member of SIATP and ATTS, joined the company in 1988 as the head of the accounting and tax department and has progressed to become a partner in the business. With her guidance, the department ensures that client’s compliance is adhered to on regulated time.

VEERAPPAN SUBRAMANIAN

CPA

Mr Veerappan who is a member of ICPAS, ACCA, IPAS and PAB, joined the company as partner in 1994 to undertake corporate management work. He then expanded the operations to Corporate Secretarial Services in the same year and went on to develop the Audit and Assurance and Corporate Recovery Services in 1999. Mr Veerappan now manages a team of well-qualified professionals in the Project Finance department.

ANAND PATEL

CPA

Mr. Anand, who is a member of ICPAS, ACCA and CA (India), has been in the field of accounting since 1997. He initially joined Raffles in 2000 and was inducted as a partner of the Audit and Assurance Practice in 2008. He has worked in various public accounting firms handling audits of clients from varied industries. He has also worked in large companies handling their accounting and finance functions. Having worked in these positions, he has brought rich experience in the field of accounting for the benefits of the clients of Raffles at large. Currently, Mr. Anand manages a team of well-qualified audit professionals and supports the Corporate Recovery Department.
